It’s time again to laugh and cry with your favorite monologists, musicians, and spoken word artists. Ampalaya Monologues is back this valentine’s weekend with a 2-day feels fest that encourages you to “own your feelings”. The Ampalaya Monologues Feels-Fest 2020 consists of 3 different hugot-loaded shows, each with its own “feels,” and are guaranteed to make your V-day loads bitter—er, we mean better.

BITTER/SWEETFebruary 14 , 8PM
This show features a combination of happy and painful stories. One minute you’ll be kilig, the next minute, you’ll be shedding bitter tears.

This show has stories about saying goodbye and letting go. It still is very bitter but it also features light performances that let you breathe a sigh of relief.

BITTER THAN B4February 15, 8PM
This show features stories that are literally from another dimension, and yet still very relatable. It couldn’t get any more bitter and funnier than this.

All shows will feature monologists Mark Ghosn, Janine Lloce, Abe Herma, Patty Arro, Sonson O., and other cast members of Ampalaya Monologues Season 5.  Our poetry segment, B/tter Poetry, will have open mic sessions and performances by spoken word artists Raymart Avellaneda, Ryan Ram Malli and other poets. Local indie musicians will also help set the event’s mood.

Whatever your relationship status is, you wouldn’t want to miss this chance to experience a gathering of all the #TeamAmpalaya out there and make this year’s Valentine’s weekend more memorable.

Ampalaya Monologues Feels-Fest 2020 is happening at Commune Café, Poblacion, Makati City. For tickets and more information, visit Ampalaya Monologues’ Facebook page. Mark Ghosn’s Ampalaya Monologues is produced by Dreamantics Productions.
