Mark Ghosn


Mark Ghosn [gos-on] is a Lebanese-Filipino playwright, monologist and spoken word artist best known for creating the hit show Ampalaya Monologues.

Born to a Filipina mother and Lebanese father, he was raised in a small alley in Las Pinas, Philippines. His experience of growing up in a poor neighborhood and meeting different colorful personalities are some of the inspirations for his writing.

In 2016, Mark became the first Filipino spoken word artist to enter the Philippines Top 50 Playlist on Spotify with his collection of spoken word and music collaborations. He also has experience in writing for film, events, and TV.

Mark still lives in Las Pinas.
